The I am Rachel movement recognizes that we are all Rachel, united in voice, and in our hope and humanity to work for an end to violence and sex trafficking.
Rachel is a proud graduate of Circle of Friends: Living Water Programs and the first ambassador of the I am Rachel movement. Rachel, firmly supported, bravely stands in the gap, lending her name, face, senate testimony, and witness to help protect, empower and change the lives of children victimized by human sex trafficking. Georgia’s Safe Harbor /Rachel’s Law Act, seeks to protect children and provide services for survivors of child sex trafficking and exploitation. It is the first Safe Harbor bill in the nation to be named in honor of a survivor. Rachel is that survivor.
